So, I just observed recently that there's a lot of people conducting raffles online... like ELF and Glacey :(( unlucky me did not win *cries* they usually use the Rafflecopter randomizer to pick the winners. Harajuku in Manila is also conducting a raffle! (im just not sure if they'll use rafflecopter) They have really generous prizes you know... and I want to win them!
